Very little! All we need is a safe place to park and access to either a standard outdoor power socket or approval to use our off-grid EcoFlow power system. For online games, we’ll also need access to your Wi-Fi router via an Ethernet connection within 50ft.
We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and school holidays which fill up quickly. A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your chosen date and time slot.
Yes! The Battle Bus operates in all typical British weather. The interior is fully sheltered, heated when needed and designed for comfort, so rain or shine won’t spoil the fun.
Yes. Our team ensures everything runs smoothly, helps with games and keeps the atmosphere safe and organised. However, younger children may still benefit from light adult supervision nearby.
Absolutely. While we provide a wide selection of popular games, you’re welcome to let us know any favourites ahead of time so we can tailor the experience for your group.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund (excluding the £50 deposit). If you need to reschedule, we’ll always try our best to accommodate subject to availability.
